Roger is an honest business man. He worked hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Honestly, I dont know how he makes a profit because the price was extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond good customer service. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their car painted. Incidentally, I drove over from Fairhope and the drive was well worth it.

Fact-O-Bake came highly recommended from a friend of mine who had three vehicles painted by them. I called and Roger was great at explaining the process and options over the phone. He also was able to give me a ballpark estimate based on information I provided. When we brought the truck in, he examined it, clearly explained pricing of the options available, and helped us find the paint code for the color my son wanted. He estimated it would take two to three weeks based on the amount of work, alot of rust and the original 2004 paint was gone. They completed it in exactly two weeks! The result was beautiful and we couldn't be happier! I will always be a customer and recommend Roger and Fact-O-Bake!

I priced six different places in Pensacola, and these guys had the best price. That doesn't always mean a quality paint job. This time, it did. Had both of my back fenders painted, and they came out looking very nice. I give the paint job a five on one side and a four and a half on the other. However, you can't tell unless you really know where it was painted. I recommend them, and I'll go back again if I need more painting done.

Yes they are Pro’s … Don’t be fooled ! Time warp retro building inside and out. I gifted my eldest son a paint job for what used to be his silver colored Nissan 350Z . From Silver Ghost to Black Beauty . They did that thing !!! EXCELLENT! Thanks ! Lisa🌻

After reading a few reviews I decided to ignore them and take a chance with this company. I am very happy I trusted my grandfather(Had his pinto painted here) and had my car painted here! $550 dollars later and here are the results. This is my $700 Nissan 300zx painted by Fact-O-Bake. The pictures are the before and after! The store also let me pick it up a few days early!
